Want to check out our apartment to determine whether it's right for you?

1. Review our leasing criteria.  Meet them? Proceed to the next step.
2. If you are on Zillow, Trulia or HotPads, please provide a complete Profile or Renter Resume.
3. Arrange a showing by calling us at (424) 543-4257.
4. When you visit the apartment, please bring a valid government-issued photo ID. We’ll photograph it if you decide to apply.
5. Pick up an application package, which is only available at a showing.
6. Choose a payment method for a credit and background check and for any applicable fee.
7. Submit your complete application package.

Applications are evaluated using our written leasing criteria and applicable housing laws. Completing the steps above does not guarantee approval or reservation of the apartment. We rent to the best-qualified candidates.
