Location, Location, Location!

Your new home is situated in a truly special neighborhood that boasts iconic elements of Culver City's renaissance while retaining a lot of its original vibe.  The Helms Bakery District, located 2 blocks to the north, is a restaurant row of eateries that have received rave reviews. Platform, a collection of repurposed warehouses, located 2 blocks to the west, beckons with unique shops and restaurants. Apple and Warner-Media campuses are less than 4 blocks away at the vibrant Ivy Station complex. The Hayden Tract, which is 2 blocks to the south, is a mini-Soho with funky warehouses and a design-centric sensibility. An adjacent bike path, the nearby E line Metro light rail and the close proximity of downtown Culver City via dedicated bike lanes make the area ideal for car-free exploring. Culver City's Arts District neighborhood offers a sense of place that's truly exceptional for Los Angeles County -- or pretty much anywhere!

The Culver City station of Metro's E Line is within 4 blocks of your new home.  Heading east, it goes to downtown Los Angeles via USC, Exposition Park, LA Live/ Crypto.com Arena, and L.A's cultural complex (Disney Hall/Dorothy Chandler Pavilion) and its most beloved historic areas (Broadway, Little Tokyo, East LA).  The line also connects with L.A.'s entire Metro system. Heading west, the E Line goes to downtown Santa Monica, via Westwood Boulevard, with express bus connections to UCLA. The route terminates 4 blocks from the beach and Santa Monica's iconic pier.
